TMS can provide you with any number of temporary employees for any period of time. We have a large pool of qualified applicants. We bill by the hour and you only pay for the hours that the temporary employee is actually at your center.
TMS also provides permanent employees for its customers. Based on your requirements, we search and screen from a large pool of applicants and identify 2-3 top candidates for you to interview and select. This will allow you to complete the search process much faster than otherwise possible, typically in a few days. Hence, you will save literally hundreds of dollars in advertising expense and many hours of effort in finding and qualifying candidates.

Our rates are all inclusive. When you use one of our subs, it is usually because you have a vacancy to fill. If you were to fill that vacancy yourself you would incur all of the following costs:

Can I first try the teacher as a temp and then put her/him on my payroll?
Yes, indeed. We offer a “temp-to-perm” conversion program. With this option, you can start using a sub on a temporary basis, and make a decision to hire her/him on a permanent basis after being satisfied with their on-the-job performance.
How do we establish how many hours a substitute has worked?
TMS uses a paper timecard system. An authorized staff member from your program signs/approves the work hours at the end of each assignment. The paper timecard is sent to us electronically. You will receive an invoice showing the work hours.
Will I be under some obligation to use your service, if I sign up now?
No, there is no obligation. Signing up with TMS is absolutely FREE. It does not commit you to using our services for any period of time. It just allows us to complete some necessary paperwork. Hence, in the future, when you do have a staffing need, all your paperwork will be in place and we can respond to your requests immediately.
TMS bills customers once per week. TMS invoices show in detail the date and hours each substitute employee worked at your site. All hours that have been approved by the customer are billable.
Signing up involves you being informed of and agreeing to the policies and procedures governing the provision of staffing services.
